ISSI provides services and solutions to large and small companies, each solution carefully crafted to the needs of the client. One division of the company provides B2B telemarketing, lead-generation and verification and fulfillment services, while another provides those capabilities as turn-key operations for clients who want to do their own telemarketing.

The growth of our organization has parallels in the industry we serve. Two decades ago, sales automation consisted of some fairly small, simple contact management programs. Today, SFA, CRM and Back Office (sales force automation, customer relationship management and accounting) programs are large and complex and have grown by adding features, even merging with other products to provide an up-to-date application or service.

We, too, have grown...organically and by merger, from an early member of the development community to become a full-service provider of productivity solutions for mid-sized companies and divisions of large international corporations all the way to smaller organizations. Along the way we've picked up expertise in networks, communications, programming and operating systems and have a full-strength business-to-business telemarketing arm which can qualify leads and drop them into the SFA/CRM programs we install for a variety of organizations.

In recent years, as software publishers have discontinued programs, we have made alliances and affiliations with a network of successful systems integration companies that, like ourselves have developed a loyal clientele. These are organizations and individuals who know the industry and their client's needs. We work together with them to provide the technical support that goes with the expertise in SFA, CRM, Accounting, Call Center Automation and Proposal Automation that these Affiliates possess. The result is a growing nationwide network of hard working organizations able to provide a variety of productivity solutions. As always, the focus is on providing solutions that bring results.
