Architecture
intelli-CTi provides integration with SalesLogix
through a series of entry points, each relating
to a specific aspect of CTI integration.

calling the relevant application components
(Basic Scripts), to perform the required
operation within SalesLogix.
For instant CTI integration, a complete set of
SalesLogix plug-ins are provided with QGate's
intelli-CTi. Designed for flexibility each plug-in
can be modified and extended to meet any
further requirements.
