intelli-CTi solution is a sophisticated telephony system, providing call management and seamless integration with SalesLogix. intelli-CTi provides an on-screen call handling application (SoftPhone), for the management of telephone calls. The SoftPhone with its 'Always on Top' display option, resides next to your SalesLogix application and, with its unique One-Touch Telephony feature, you have full control of the call.

An added benefit is the increase in customer satisfaction due to the invaluable call information displayed. The information enables the call agent to handle the enquiry personally and efficiently. intelli CTi’s Open System Architecture intelli-CTi provides integration with SalesLogix through a series of entry points, each relating to a specific aspect of CTI integration.

CTI integration is achieved by each entry point calling the relevant application components (Basic Scripts), to perform the required operation within SalesLogix. For instant CTI integration, a complete set of SalesLogix plug-ins are provided with QGate's intelli-CTi. Designed for flexibility each plug-in can be modified and extended to meet any further requirements.

One major issue with CTI integration is that business processes change constantly and can be unknown in advance. This is why intelli CTi has been designed with an open approach, without enforced business processes, ensuring flexibility of change and meeting of future customer requirements... To alleviate the need for expensive switch systems, intelli-CTi provides a complete switch simulator- the QGate Virtual Telephony Server™ (VTS). The VTS provides the ability to develop, test and present your solution without the need for real telephone hardware.
