You can design reports yourself, get help from an ISSI Global Affiliate ACT! Certified Consultants to produce exactly the reports you want.

For even more powerful reporting, get the optional Export2Access module, which exports your ACT! data into an industry-standard Microsoft Access database. This can be invaluable for getting to some ACT! data that even Crystal can't get to, plus it makes the reports execute in a fraction of the time. It can even export unattended in the middle of the night, producing a freshly exported database for reporting on the first thing in the morning.
