Getting Started Together
When we start a program together, we need as much information as possible about your needs, expectations, and goals. We also need to learn about the product or service we will be discussing with your prospective customers. Please gather product/service fact sheets with features and benefits, any literature available, a sample of the product, history, order forms, and scripting (if available). The more we know, the better we can serve your campaign.
System Set-up.
If scripting is not available, we will work with you to create one. Once scripting is completed and agreed to by both parties, we can load the program into our computer system. The computer screens will be built to satisfy the data collection requirements that you've indicated.
Database Set-up.
We can receive your database electronically (E-Mail) or by floppy or CD-ROM. We use 'Access,' 'FoxPro,' and MS SQL as our database, and we will convert to those standards. We can receive files in most formats; however, a discussion may be needed with our technical staff prior to exporting. We prefer to have records with Names, Titles, Company Name, Addresses, and Phone Numbers.
